Urges the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee of the United States Postal Service to recommend a commemorative stamp for the 2014 bicentennial of the Battle of Horseshoe Bend (March 27, 1814) and the Treaty of Fort Jackson (August 9, 1814).

Establishes that General Andrew Jackson's forces and Indian allies defeated the Red Stick Creek Indians at Horseshoe Bend near Alexander City, Alabama, ending the Creek War.

Notes that the Creek War was part of British War of 1812 strategy to establish a "neutral" state that would limit American expansion.

Identifies the 2014 bicentennial anniversary as meeting the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee's criteria for commemorating events of historical significance in multiples of 50 years.

Requires a copy of the resolution to be provided to each committee member.
