Names a portion of United States Highway 90 in Baldwin County, Alabama the "Samuel Jenkins, Sr., Highway" from the intersection of U.S. Highway 90 and Baldwin County Road 13 to the intersection of U.S. Highway 90 and State Highway 181.

Honors Samuel Jenkins, Sr., who was the first African-American elected to the Baldwin County Commission and the first African-American Baldwin County Commission Chair.

Recognizes Jenkins' lifelong service to citizens on the Eastern Shore of Baldwin County and throughout the county.

Directs appropriate officials to place and maintain signs or markers designating the highway section.

Requires a copy of the resolution be provided to Samuel Jenkins, Sr.
