Amend Joint Rule 24 to reduce the advance notice period for presenting redistricting plans to the Reapportionment Office from 10 days to 5 days prior to introduction.

Applies to all redistricting plan drafts for introduction at any legislative session that are not prepared by the Reapportionment Office.

Redistricting plans must still be presented to the Reapportionment Office for review of proper form and entry into the Legislative Data Bank before introduction.
