Honors and commends all members of the United States armed forces, specifically United States Navy SEALS Team Six, for their determination, sacrifice, courage, and professionalism in prosecuting the War on Terror.

Recognizes the flawless operation executed by Navy SEALS Team Six in locating and bringing Osama Bin Laden to justice.

Acknowledges the daily risks undertaken by American servicemen and servicewomen both at home and abroad, including thousands serving in Iraq and Afghanistan with ties to Alabama.

Expresses appreciation for the sacrifice, courage, and commitment to duty demonstrated by all military personnel who strengthen the United States military.
