Elects the House Representative from House District 95 as Alabama's legislative representative to the Gulf States Marine Fisheries Commission pursuant to Sections 9-12-180 and 9-12-181 of the Code of Alabama 1975.

Designates the Senator representing Senate District 35 as the successor to serve the remainder of the term if the primary representative's position becomes vacant.

Requires the Clerk of the House of Representatives to forward a certified copy of the resolution to the Gulf States Marine Fisheries Commission.
