Recognizes Horace Sellers (born May 11, 1918) and Thelma Cordella Clements Sellers (born October 16, 1921), who were married September 2, 1940, and had three children.

Acknowledges Horace's founding of Sellers Trucking Company in 1945, which employed 15-40 persons over 58 years, and Fleetwood Trucking Company with 60 additional employees.

Honors Horace's service as a deacon at Ruhama Baptist Church and his community contributions, including installing a storm shelter that protected residents during the April 27, 2011 tornado.

Directs appropriate officials to place and maintain signs or markers for the bridge designation and provide a copy of the resolution to Horace Sellers.
