Requires signage to display the Great Seal of the State of Alabama and the name "Sheriff J. C. Woodham Memorial Highway" if possible

Specifies that the memorial designation does not alter the common designation of Alabama Highway 52 and shall not affect postal or address designations in the area

Directs that a copy of the resolution be presented to Sheriff Woodham's immediate family
