Designates a portion of Alabama Highway 27 in Geneva County southbound to the State of Florida boundary line as the Sheriff Lelon D. "Red" Sizemore Memorial Highway.

Honors Sheriff Sizemore, who lost his life in the line of duty while arresting an intoxicated man for disorderly conduct.

Signage should display the Great Seal of the State of Alabama and the memorial highway name, if possible.

Memorial designation does not alter the common designation of Alabama Highway 27 and does not affect postal or address designations along that highway portion.

A copy of the resolution shall be presented to Sheriff Sizemore's immediate family.
