Establishes a Consent Calendar for the Alabama House of Representatives to be considered on the 9th legislative day or subsequent day if not reached in regular order of business.

Members may file objections to any bill listed on the Consent Calendar until adjournment on the 8th legislative day.

Bills considered on Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over.

HB24 (Representative Weaver): Amends Section 27-39-3 to authorize limited liability companies to be licensed for automobile clubs by the Insurance Department.

HB94 (Representative Johnson): Amends Section 19-3B-508 of the Uniform Probate Code to include Roth Individual Retirement Accounts as qualified trusts for purposes of limitation on assignment and alienation.
