Recognizes the Tuskegee Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, on the occasion of its 2012 Founders Day Celebration on February 11, 2012.

Commends Cheryl W. Turner, newly elected Southern Regional Director of Delta Sigma Theta with responsibility for 211 chapters in the region, as featured guest speaker at the celebration.

Notes that Turner is a Diamond Life Member initiated in 1975 through Lambda Sigma Chapter at the University of Mississippi, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Forensic Chemistry and a Master of Public Administration Degree, and serves as Director of Special Programs for the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration, Office of Insurance.

Documents that the Tuskegee Alumnae Chapter was chartered as Zeta Beta Alumnae Chapter on December 5, 1922, and has provided educational, cultural, and social support to the community for more than 89 years, including providing scholarships to promising students.

Extends the House of Representatives' admiration, appreciation, and sincere best wishes to Turner and the chapter in all future endeavors.
