Establishes a Consent Calendar for the Alabama House of Representatives to be considered on the 11th legislative day, or a subsequent day if not reached in regular order of business.

Members have until adjournment on the 10th legislative day to file objections to any bill listed on the Consent Calendar.

Bills on the Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over.

Includes HB193 (Representative Hill) regarding motor vehicle insurance discounts for seniors age 55 and over who complete a motor vehicle accident prevention course, amending Section 27-13-121.

Includes HB241 (Representative Love) regarding Acts of Alabama, House and Senate Journals, and official documents printing, with guidelines and timeframes established in Sections 29-1-28 through 29-1-39.3, and amendments to Sections 29-1-12 and 29-1-13.
