Honors Mrs. Fannie Gunn Boyd for her service as an airplane mechanic for the Tuskegee Airmen at Moton Field during World War II.

Recognizes Boyd's role in supporting the Tuskegee Airmen program as a young woman with mechanical expertise who maintained single-engine, two-seater trainers.

Acknowledges Boyd as among numerous unheralded women in Macon County, Alabama who contributed to the training and support of the Tuskegee Airmen program.

Commends Boyd at age 94 for becoming a recognized figure in the Tuskegee area, particularly honored during Women's Equality Day and Black History Month.

The Alabama House of Representatives extends highest commendation and appreciation to Boyd for her World War II service.
