Mr. Milton Rice, Sr., of Attalla, Alabama, died on February 13, 2012, at the age of 78 years.

Survivors include his wife Jewelean Rice; two sons, Milton Rice, Jr., and William Rice; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three sisters; and four brothers.

The House of Representatives records his death with deep sadness and offers this resolution in tribute to his life and as sympathy to his grieving family.
