Establishes a Consent Calendar for the Alabama House of Representatives to be considered on the 12th legislative day, or a subsequent day if not reached in regular order of business.

Members have until adjournment on the 11th legislative day to file objections to any bill listed on the Consent Calendar.

Bills considered on the Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over.

Includes HB162, which authorizes the University of South Alabama board of trustees to participate in meetings by telephone or video conference under certain conditions.

Includes HB331, which amends Section 10A-2-11.02 regarding corporation share exchange transaction requirements.
