Recognizes ALAFCS encompasses multiple professional fields including human development, food science and nutrition, apparel design, personal finance, housing and interior design, hospitality services, and culinary arts.

Commends ALAFCS for its work and contributions to Alabama during its March 1-2, 2012 convention in Huntsville celebrating "Active Leadership" and "Connect Professionals."
