• Sets the special order of business for the 15th legislative day of the Alabama House of Representatives, taking precedence over regular and pending business.

• Establishes a calendar for consideration of 26 sunset law bills (SB107-SB132) that continue various state regulatory boards and commissions.

• Extends most boards until October 1, 2016, with some exceptions extended to October 1, 2013 or 2014 (Public Service Commission, Cosmetology Board, Dental Examiners Board, Commercial Mobile Radio Service Board, Department of Insurance).
