Recognizes the officers' response to a domestic violence call on 4th Avenue South on March 21, 2011, where they addressed a suicidal individual on the premises.

Credits the officers with using quick thinking, coordinated actions, and teamwork to save the life of a citizen during the crisis situation.

Honors the officers as exemplars of dedicated law enforcement professionals who provide prompt and professional response in times of crisis.

Directs that the nominated officers receive a copy of the resolution as evidence of the House's admiration and esteem.
