Recognizes Corporal Faulkner's heroic actions on February 10, 2011, when he and Corporal Rodney Knight responded to a search for a missing four-year-old child near Russellville during extreme winter weather with temperatures dropping to 11 degrees.

Credits Corporal Faulkner with finding the child hidden under a brush pile at approximately 9:00 p.m., after search crews were scaling back efforts due to dangerous cold temperatures.

Notes the child was transported to the hospital with hypothermia and a body temperature of only 92 degrees but was later discharged after a full recovery.

Directs that Corporal Faulkner receive a copy of the resolution as evidence of the legislature's admiration and esteem.
