Commends Lambert for providing immediate assistance during the April 27, 2011 tornado, responding to a struck residence, saving a young girl's life, and ensuring a man received necessary medical attention despite being off duty.

Honors Lambert's collaboration with local firefighters and Lieutenant Ridgeway of the Arab Fire Department, including accompanying a young girl to the hospital and returning to search for other citizens in need.

Recognizes Lambert's demonstration of heroism, bravery, and selflessness as an exemplar of dedicated law enforcement and emergency response personnel.
