Commends the 2012 Hoover High School Scholars Bowl Team for winning all Scholars Bowl competitions in Alabama at both Varsity and Junior Varsity levels, an unprecedented accomplishment.

Recognizes Coach Joshua Rutsky's 10-year effort to achieve a sweep of titles in both NAQT and ASCA Leagues, with no other team in Alabama history having accomplished this feat.

Notes that Hoover's two Varsity Teams finished 1-2 at NAQT State, with all three team captains placing in the top six for scoring and earning All-State Team status.

Lists team members across three divisions: Varsity A (Logan Tarbox, Collin Rooney, Harrison Martin, Brian Bender), Varsity B (Sean Moran, Jordan LaPorta, Michael Jaramillo, Stephen Church, Cole Griffin), and Varsity C/JV (C.G. Kendrick, Layla Tajmir, Emily Ferguson, Rachel Parker, Abhay Thottassery).
