Bills considered on Consent Calendar may not be amended, substituted, debated, or carried over.

Includes SB173 (Senator Holley-Representative McMillan) amending Alabama Peace Officers Hall of Fame provisions regarding board membership qualifications, terms, diversity, and chair selection every two years under Section 41-9-870.

Includes SB297 (Senator Waggoner-Representative Moore) validating municipal incorporations occurring after June 13, 2007 even if procedures were irregular, amending Section 11-41-8.
