Commends Colonel Bryan Earl Morgan of the Judge Advocate General's Corps of the Alabama National Guard for his military service and deployment to Kuwait for active duty.

Recognizes Colonel Morgan's over 34 years of commissioned service, beginning as a Second Lieutenant in January 1978 and advancing to Colonel in March 2004.

Acknowledges Colonel Morgan's educational credentials including graduation from the University of Alabama, Cumberland School of Law, and Army War College, as well as his numerous military decorations.

Notes Colonel Morgan's long-time assistance to the House Military and Veterans Affairs Committee on veterans and military-related issues.

Directs the House of Representatives to thank Colonel Morgan for his service to the Alabama Legislature and extend best wishes upon his active military deployment to Kuwait.
