The Alabama House of Representatives commends William James "Bill" O'Reilly, Jr., host of Fox News Channel's "The O'Reilly Factor," for his support of the Wounded Warrior Project.

The Wounded Warrior Project provides hope and comfort to severely injured service members of the United States Armed Forces as they rebuild and transition into civilian life.

The Wounded Warrior Project was founded by veteran brothers Jim Melia and John Melia, their retired Army Colonel father John F. Melia, Al Giordano, and Steven Nardizzi to assist a new generation of service members returning from overseas conflicts.

Bill O'Reilly's celebrity status and support have generated significant publicity and financial contributions for the Wounded Warrior Project.
