Proposes a constitutional amendment to the Alabama Constitution of 1901 specific to Perry County.

Authorizes the Alabama Legislature to fix, regulate, and alter the fees, commissions, allowances, and salaries of the Perry County sheriff, including the method and basis of compensation.

Allows the Legislature to place the sheriff on a salary system and direct fees, commissions, allowances, and percentages collected by the sheriff to be paid into the county treasury.

Requires the proposed amendment to be submitted to voters through an election conducted according to Amendment 555 and state election laws.
