Appropriates $173,276 from the Education Trust Fund to Lyman Ward Military Academy in Camp Hill, Alabama for fiscal year ending September 30, 2013.

Appropriation is subject to the Budget and Financial Control Act (Code of Alabama 1975, Sections 41-4-80 et seq.) and the Budget Management Act of 1976 (Code of Alabama 1975, Sections 41-19-1 et seq.).

Requires submission of an operations plan for fiscal year 2012-2013 and an audited financial statement for fiscal year 2010-2011 prior to fund release.

Requires quarterly reports comparing actual expenditures and accomplishments to planned expenditures and accomplishments, plus an end-of-year performance report.

Becomes effective October 1, 2012.
