Adopts and incorporates into the Code of Alabama 1975 general and permanent laws enacted during the 2010 First Special Session and 2011 Regular Session as contained in 2011 Cumulative Supplements to Volumes 3-22A and 2011 Replacement Volumes 12A, 17, 21, and 21A.

Initially adopts 2011 Volume 22F (Local Laws Dale - Escambia Counties) and adopts 2011 Cumulative Supplements to local law volumes pertaining to various counties.

Corrects a typographical error in Section 17-14-70 (congressional districts) and changes the effective date in Section 22-9A-13 (fetal death reports) from January 1, 2013 to January 1, 2012.

Declares this adoption constitutes continuous systematic codification of the entire Code of Alabama 1975 and specifies the act does not affect other 2012 session statutes.

Requires the Secretary of State to file and maintain custody of the cumulative supplements and replacement volumes, and permits certification of any part thereof upon request and payment of applicable fees.
