Amends Section 35-19-2 of the Alabama Code to exempt underground and aboveground storage tanks storing motor fuel from the Alabama Uniform Environmental Covenants Act.

The exemption applies to the storage tanks themselves and the real property affected by them from environmental covenant requirements.

The bill becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
