• Extends the corporate limits of the City of Cullman in Cullman County by annexing two tracts of land totaling approximately 170.6 acres.

• Tract 1 contains 110.50 acres located in the west half of Section 32, Township 10 South, Range 3 West, with detailed boundary descriptions referencing County Road No. 222 and Reed Road.

• Tract 2 contains 60.1 acres located in the east half of the northwest quarter of Section 32 and the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 29, with boundaries following County Roads No. 222 and 469 and creek lines.

• A map showing the proposed annexation territory is filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Cullman County and is available for public inspection per Section 11-42-6(b) of the Code of Alabama 1975.
