Proposes a constitutional amendment to amend Sections 6.17 and 6.18 of Amendment No. 581 regarding the Judicial Inquiry Commission and Court of the Judiciary.

Establishes four-year terms for all appointed members of both the Judicial Inquiry Commission and Court of the Judiciary, replacing the current system where Commission members have four-year terms with no limits and Court members serve unlimited terms.

Imposes a two-consecutive-term limit for members of both bodies, with current members who have already served two or more consecutive terms ineligible for reappointment at the end of their current term.

Requires members who vacate their judicial position to be deemed resigned from the Commission or Court, with replacements appointed by the appropriate appointing authority.

Amendment becomes effective upon approval by a majority of qualified electors voting in a statewide election, with specific ballot language prescribed.
