Authorizes the Poarch Band of Creek Indians Tribal Council to employ certified police officers to enforce Alabama state law on tribal lands and protect tribal property from intruders and trespassers.

Requires all police officers employed by the Poarch Band of Creek Indians to be certified by the Peace Officers' Standards and Training Commission.

Grants tribal police officers the same powers as state and municipal police officers, including the right to bear firearms and make arrests on tribal lands.

Permits tribal police to exercise authority off tribal lands when in pursuit of offenders charged with crimes on tribal lands, making lawful felony arrests, acting under cross-deputization agreements, or enforcing state laws on adjacent streets, roads, or highways.

The Poarch Band of Creek Indians bears full financial responsibility for employing the police officers, and the act does not alter jurisdiction of other state, county, or municipal law enforcement agencies.
