• Specifies that newspaper legal notices remain valid regardless of failures in uploading to websites or posting notices online.

• Caps publication rates at the lowest classified rate charged to commercial customers for similar advertisements, including all applicable cash discounts and contract benefits.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval.
