Amends Section 27-39-3 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to permit limited liability companies to operate as licensed automobile clubs in Alabama.

Currently requires automobile clubs to be organized as domestic or foreign corporations; this bill expands the requirement to also allow limited liability company organization structures.

Automobile clubs and associations must still obtain a license from the commissioner to conduct business in the state.

Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
