Urges Alabama's Congressional delegation to vote to reauthorize the Farm Bill while sustaining the integrity and effectiveness of the Conservation Title and maintaining conservation funding.

Asserts that Conservation Title programs work cost-effectively through voluntary partnerships between the U.S. Department of Agriculture and private landowners to protect soil, water, and natural resources.

Notes that hunting, angling, and wildlife-dependent recreation contribute $122 billion annually to the national economy, with much of this activity vital to rural areas.

Highlights that U.S. agricultural exports exceeded $137 billion in 2011 with a $42 billion farm trade surplus, and farm-related employment includes approximately 24 million jobs.

States that forest management and forest-dependent industries account for approximately 5 percent of total U.S. manufacturing GDP, produce about $175 billion in products annually, and employ nearly 900,000 people.
