Designates the Auburn Laboratory of the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences as the F. Taylor Noggle, Jr., Laboratory.

F. Taylor Noggle, Jr., earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Georgia Southern College (1968) and a Master of Science from Auburn University of Montgomery (1977).

Noggle served as Interim Director of the Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences beginning September 1, 2002, and as permanent Director from December 17, 2002, until his retirement on October 31, 2006.

During his career, Noggle authored and co-authored approximately 90 scientific articles in conjunction with Auburn University School of Pharmacy and served as Vice President and President of the Southern Association of Forensic Scientists.

Directs appropriate officials to identify and display signage for the newly designated laboratory in accordance with the resolution.
