Designates a portion of Alabama Highway 53 in Limestone and Madison Counties as "The Paul Luther Bolden Memorial Highway" to honor Master Sergeant Paul Luther Bolden (June 15, 1922 – May 21, 1979) from Madison, Alabama.

Paul Luther Bolden earned the Congressional Medal of Honor for heroic actions on December 23, 1944, in Petit-Coo, Belgium, when he single-handedly assaulted a German position, killing 50 enemy soldiers despite being severely wounded.

Signage should include an image of the Congressional Medal of Honor and the text "Paul Luther Bolden Memorial Highway" where possible.

The memorial designation does not alter the common designation of Alabama Highway 53 and does not affect postal or address designations along that portion of highway.

A copy of the resolution shall be provided to the Bolden family to recognize their family member's service to the country.
