Urges the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to adopt new rules defining areas on property where supplemental feeding of birds and animals may continue during hunting season

Addresses concern that current law has caused landowners to discontinue supplemental feeding during deer season to avoid inadvertent violations and citations

References previously considered legislation (SB346 and HB419) that would have defined certain areas where deer hunting would be authorized in relation to supplemental feeding

Clarifies need to establish specific zones where supplemental feeding may take place in relation to hunters being on the land, particularly during winter months when deer hunting is otherwise authorized

Directs that a copy of the resolution be forwarded to the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources
