AL SJR94

Amends Joint Rule 24 to reduce the required advance notice period for presenting redistricting plan drafts to the Reapportionment Office from 10 days to 5 days prior to introduction.

Applies to all redistricting plans for introduction at any legislative session that are not prepared by the Reapportionment Office.

Requires presentation to the Reapportionment Office for review of proper form and entry into the Legislative Data Bank before introduction.
