Names the Senate Health Committee Room the "Larry Dixon-Jack Biddle, III, Senate Health Committee Room" to honor Jack Biddle, III's legislative service and contributions to Alabama.

Jack Biddle served 32 years in the Alabama Legislature in both the House and Senate, and was the only person in state history elected as a Democrat, Independent, and Republican.

Chaired multiple committees including Rules, Health, Tax Structure, and Long-Range Highway Commission, and served as Floor Leader for three Governors.

Authored and sponsored numerous bills including the removal of sales taxes from prescription drugs, and advocated for affordable healthcare access for all Alabama citizens.

Received multiple honors including Man of the Year from the Alabama Nursing Home Association and Alabama Sheriffs Association, and was recognized for advocacy on behalf of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
