Establishes a special order calendar for the tenth legislative day of the 2012 Regular Session with four bills designated as paramount and continuing order of business.

SB257 (Senator Reed): Appropriates funding from the Education Trust Fund for classroom supplies in public schools, grades K to 12, and authorizes the State Superintendent of Education to promulgate rules.

SB139 (Senator Scofield): Establishes that roadway contractors' liability and responsibility cease upon acceptance by the Transportation Department, county, or local government that a highway, road, or street project is in substantial compliance with contract documents, plans, and specifications.

SB16 (Senator Bedford): Expands the definition of identity theft to include gaining employment through use of another person's identity and increases penalties under Section 13A-8-192.

SB148 (Senator Orr): Enhances criminal penalties for surveillance conducted for purpose of sexual arousal or gratification and creates the new crime of aggravated criminal surveillance.
