Amends Section 9-11-244 of the Code of Alabama 1975 to allow whitetail deer to be hunted on private lands more than 100 yards from a supplemental feeder if the feeder is hidden from the hunter's line of sight by natural vegetation or terrain features.

Maintains the general prohibition on hunting birds and animals over bait while creating a specific exception for whitetail deer on private property under defined distance and visibility conditions.

Defines "outside of the line of sight" as being hidden from view by natural vegetation or naturally occurring terrain features for purposes of the whitetail deer hunting exception.

Exempts public lands from the whitetail deer supplemental feeder provisions, keeping existing restrictions in place on public property.

Takes effect on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
