Appropriates $273,276 from the Education Trust Fund to Lyman Ward Military Academy in Camp Hill, Alabama for support and maintenance of the educational program for fiscal year ending September 30, 2014.

Appropriation is subject to the Budget and Financial Control Act and Budget Management Act of 1976 provisions under Alabama Code.

Prior to fund release, the academy must submit an operations plan for fiscal year 2013-2014 with goals and performance indicators and an audited financial statement for fiscal year 2011-2012.

Academy must submit quarterly reports comparing actual and planned expenditures/accomplishments and an end-of-year performance report to the Director of Finance detailing work accomplished, services provided, and program effectiveness measures.

Act becomes effective October 1, 2013; the Director of Finance must forward all required reports to the Joint Fiscal Committee.
