HB23 Summary

• Military veterans eligible for reduced-cost distinctive motor vehicle tags for cars or trucks may receive the same distinctive tag for motorcycles at the same cost when available.

• The motorcycle tag must be available for the same class or designation of veteran as the car or truck tag.

• The bill becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
