Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Fort Payne in DeKalb County, Alabama.

Annexes approximately 320 acres of property located in the SW diagonal 1/2 of Section 11, Township 6 South, Range 9 East of the Huntsville Meridian to the city's corporate limits.

Requires a map showing the proposed annexation territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in DeKalb County and made available for public inspection.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or if otherwise becoming law.

Passed by the House on February 28, 2013 and by the Senate on May 20, 2013.
