Amends Alabama Code Sections 28-11-2 and 28-11-13 to add alternative nicotine products (including electronic cigarettes) to existing tobacco prohibitions for minors.

Defines electronic cigarettes as electronic devices that produce vapor delivering nicotine or other substances to simulate smoking, and includes other nicotine products ingested by chewing, smoking, absorbing, dissolving, or inhaling.

Prohibits minors under age 19 from purchasing, using, possessing, or transporting tobacco products or alternative nicotine products within Alabama.

Allows minor employees of permit holders to handle, transport, or sell tobacco and alternative nicotine products if acting within employment scope and a supervisor age 21 or older is present.

Requires citing agencies to notify a parent, legal guardian, or legal custodian when a minor is cited for violations under this section, unless the minor is emancipated.

Effective on the first day of the third month following passage and Governor approval.
