Renames J. F. Drake State Technical College located in Huntsville, Alabama to J. F. Drake State Community and Technical College.

Institution remains a body corporate and retains all powers, rights, privileges, obligations, liabilities, and benefits previously held under its former name.

No powers, authority, obligations, liabilities, or functions of the institution are abated or impaired by the name change.

All references to the institution by any of its former names in state constitutions, laws, rules, or regulations shall be considered to refer to J. F. Drake State Community and Technical College.

Act becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
