Creates a Physically Disabled Military Veteran's Appreciation Hunting License for Alabama residents certified by the U.S. Veterans' Administration as 50 percent or more physically disabled, effective September 1, 2013, at one-half the cost of an annual resident all-game hunting license plus applicable issuance fee.

Establishes a Physically Disabled Military Veteran's Appreciation three-day trip event hunting license for up to 10 U.S. military veterans (resident or non-resident) certified as 50 percent or more physically disabled at events sanctioned by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources, priced at the standard nonresident all-game three-day hunting license fee.

Applies these new licenses to U.S. military veterans otherwise meeting existing hunting license requirements and allows both license types to include a voluntary one-dollar donation option to the Division of Wildlife and Freshwater Fisheries for wildlife research.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and gubernatorial approval.
