• Applies exclusively to the City of Anniston and establishes the Anniston Ecotourism Beverage Bill
• Permits licensed clubs and retail licensees of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board to sell alcoholic beverages each day of the week for on-premises consumption, subject to majority approval by the city governing body
• Allows the sale of alcoholic beverages each day of the week for off-premises consumption by licensed clubs and retail licensees, subject to majority approval by the city governing body
• Authorizes the Anniston city governing body to regulate but not prohibit the sale of both on-premises and off-premises alcoholic beverages by licensed retailers and clubs pursuant to license requirements and board regulations
• Becomes effective immediately upon passage and approval by the Governor
