• Establishes a replacement license fee for stolen, lost, or misplaced assisted living administrator licensing cards.

• Requires applicants for assisted living administrator licensure to pay an annual administrative fee as determined by the board.

• Requires persons holding expired licenses to follow all procedures for new licensure and pay a reapplication fee established by the board.

• Authorizes the board to discipline assisted living administrators who enter pleas of nolo contendere, nolo contender, no contender, no contest, or guilty in cases involving lewd or lascivious acts, inappropriate sexual conduct, or crimes punishable by imprisonment exceeding one year.

• Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor.
