Alters, rearranges, and extends the boundary lines and corporate limits of the City of Fairhope in Baldwin County to annex Lot 1 of East Fairhope Plaza Subdivision (Tax Parcel ID 05-46-06-14-0-000-001.501).

Requires a map showing the proposed annexed territory to be filed in the office of the Judge of Probate in Baldwin County and made available for public inspection.

Becomes effective on the first day of the third month following passage and approval by the Governor, or upon otherwise becoming law.
