Amends Act 2009-740 to require the City of Montgomery to post signs at each intersection where photographic traffic signal enforcement systems are located.

Signs must state substantially "AUTOMATED CAMERAS USED IN RED LIGHT ENFORCEMENT" or provide equivalent notice that gives sufficient warning to motorists.

City must post warning signs within 60 yards of every intersection with automated red light cameras, placed at least 10 feet from the road edge, between 6 and 8 feet high, with reflective material.

City must conduct a public awareness campaign and announcement at least 30 days before operating any photographic traffic signal enforcement system.

Civil fines for violations capped at $100, plus municipal court costs and an additional $10 fee paid to the Alabama Criminal Justice Information Center.
